When you subscribe to the Igric Creative newsletter, we use your email address to send the requested welcome gift or guide, occasional creative inspiration, tips, new releases, product updates and special offers. Newsletter marketing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Subscribing is voluntary. You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting hello@igriccreative.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing, and you may keep any gift already downloaded.
We use AWeber Systems, Inc., USA, as our email service provider and processor. AWeber stores subscriber details and sends emails on our behalf. Our records may include your email address, subscription date and time, signup source and form version, IP address, subscription status, requested-gift tags, and email delivery, opening and link-click activity. We use tags to deliver the gift you request and select the relevant email sequence. Email activity helps us understand delivery and engagement; opening statistics may be affected by email-provider privacy features. These automations do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
AWeber processes data in the United States and may use sub-processors outside the EEA. How long we retain newsletter data
We retain active subscription details while you remain subscribed and the newsletter service continues. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; it does not automatically erase all records.
